Nathan D. Baney’s practice focuses on both individuals and businesses in bankruptcy court and litigation throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Baney represents both struggling Plaintiffs in Federal Court and Individual Debtors in Bankruptcy Court.
For bankruptcy clients, Mr. Baney helps debtors reorganize their finances, allowing the individual or entity to refocus their efforts on the productive contribution to the community and markets rather than being bogged down with creditors and collectors.
As a litigation and trial attorney, Mr. Baney has represents aggrieved consumers in all phases of the litigation and trial timelines. Mr. Baney has experience ranging from defending corporate clients from shareholders actions to representing individual plaintiffs in Americans with Disabilities Act actions, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act claims, as well as landlord-tenant matters and complicated family law matters, but now focuses on those consumers harmed by their credit reports and abusive debt collectors.
